All Accountability ratings listed above are for 2005.

Low Tax Rates

While many areas located within Greater Austin have property tax rates well above 3.0%, most of the Circle C Ranch area still continues to have 2006 tax rates just below 2.75%. Each area can be a little different, so if you're interested in a specific property, please consult us so that we can obtain the specific tax information for your property of interest. Property tax rates are expected to decline by about 1/3 due to recent legislation passed in Texas that reduces the public school portion of the property tax rates. It's still too early to determine the net effect of recent changes.
