We Are an Independent Real Estate Brokerage, Not a Franchise We are an independent real estate brokerage, meaning we are not a franchise and are not controlled in any way by other corporations or service providers. In contrast to the square-box real estate brokerages you may be familiar with, we do not strive to be like anyone else. We don't want to be the largest brokerage in any of our markets, nor do we compete directly with anything that resembles a national chain franchise. We are simply the alternative to being treated like a number, striving to treat each of our clients like family.
